All payments for visits, consultations, lab reviews, programs, deposits, packages, and services are due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

Because Pure Hope Weight Loss & Healthcare provides professional time, clinical review, administrative preparation, educational materials, customized recommendations, and access to care planning, all service payments, deposits, and program payments are non-refundable once purchased, scheduled, or initiated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Body Reset Discovery Packages

• Transform & Thrive – 3 Month Program

• Medical weight loss visits

• Functional medicine consultations

• Self-Paced Wellness Programs

• Prepaid packages

• Customized protocols

• Digital or printed educational materials

Lab fees, specialty testing, stool testing, bloodwork, and third-party lab charges are also non-refundable once ordered, processed, shipped, drawn, or submitted.

Supplements may not be returned once purchased, opened, shipped, or dispensed, unless there is a verified product defect or error in fulfillment.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the visit fee or application of a cancellation fee according to the service policies provided at booking.
